Pre and post op functional septoplasty and cosmetic rhinoplasty by Dr. Wornom. A year ago she had a septoplasty for a deviated nasal septum and difficutlty breathing, with a cosmetic rhinoplasty to make her tip more refined, remove her dorsal hump and narrow her nose. Ten months later, Dr. Wornom did a minor revision of her nasal dorsum with rasping of a residual small bump in the office under local anesthesia. She is breathing well and her nasal shape is nicely improved. Her nose is narrower with a smaller tip, and the dorsal hump is gone.
