This 70 year-old woman had undergone a facelift some 25 years earlier. Dr. Hubert performed a second facelift with tightening of her facial muscle layer (SMAS) and removal of extra skin. She also had fractional CO2 laser resurfacing of the skin of her face, neck, and décolletage (central upper chest) at the same time.
