Dr. Aboutanos’ patient is a beautiful 30 year old woman who wanted to look and feel better after having children and losing weight. She underwent a tummy tuck with diastasis repair (abdominoplasty) and a breast lift (mastopexy). After childbirth and/or weight loss, excess skin of the abdomen and breast can be removed with surgery to achieve a flat stomach and more youthful breast appearance.
