37 year old patient without breast cancer, but she was diagnosed with a BARD1 gene mutation. She decided to undergo bilateral nipple-sparing mastectomies. She is a very active and trim woman, and she did not have enough fatty tissue to make large enough breast mounds. Therefore, Dr. Hubert reconstructed her breasts with DIEP flaps and 150 cc implants underneath the flaps. She had one round of fat grafting on the left to smooth out irregularities from the mastectomy.
