Dr. Hubert’s patient is a 30-year-old mother of two and a very active weight lifter. She is 5’9” and weighs 165 lbs. She had had breast implants in the past, and although she liked that look, she had neck pain and joint stiffness, which resolved after removal of the implants. She came to see Dr. Hubert for a natural breast augmentation using her own fatty tissue. Liposuction of the abdomen, flanks and inner and outer thighs was used for the harvest sites. Her cup size before surgery was a 36A. A total of 440 cc of fat was transferred by Dr. Hubert to each breast. Photos were taken approximately 4 months after surgery.
