Dr. Hubert’s patient is a 36 year old woman who lost 130 lbs, through diet and exercise, after having children. Her mommy makeover consisted of a full abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), with tightening of the rectus abdominis muscles, and breast augmentation with saline implants, under the muscle, each filled to 400 cc. The breasts were also lifted with a circumvertical mastopexy, which produces the scar around the areola, then straight down to the breast fold, in the shape of a lollipop.
