40 year old mother of one, 5’ tall, 138 lbs, bra size 34 C, was unhappy with her trunk and thighs and wanted fuller, more uplifted breasts. She had a Mommy Makeover, with a periareolar augmentation mastopexy with 450cc gel implants, and an abdominoplasty with vaser liposuction of hips, lower back, medial, lateral and anterior thighs.
