51 year old woman 5’5”, 167 lbs. who was unhappy with the appearance of her abdomen. During her examination, Dr. Ladocsi diagnosed a small umbilical hernia. The patient underwent vaser liposuction of the lower back and flanks with an abdominoplasty and repair of the hernia. 1750 cc of fat was removed with liposuction and 1075 grams of skin and fat was removed during the abdominoplasty. The follow up pictures were taken 6 months after the operation by Dr. Ladocsi.
