Dr. Aboutanos’ patient is a 63 year old woman who had 2 children and lost more than 80 pounds. She wanted to improve the appearance of her abdominal contour, especially at the lower part of her belly. She had an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) with muscle plication. About 1940 grams (4 pounds) was removed. Photos were taken 3 months after surgery.
